LAWYER MARK FOWLER - ARPA

Mark Fowler has addressed an ARPA conference previously on changes in the law. This time his workshop addressed the Andrew Bolt case, Religious Vilification and the charity sector's Australian Charity Not-For-Profit Commission (ACNC). There is some dough whether the ACNC will get through the Senate. Britain's version introduced some time back has now become "the big bad wolf" and that's the long term concern.
