Sheelagh Wegman is the editor of the Tasmanian Anglican and a key operator for the 2012 ARPA conference held in Hobart. We kind of knew of Kees and Sheelagh on two counts - one was that Kees and my elder brother knew each other at university (long time ago) and Sheelagh received the daily PSI. On our visits to Hobart we visit Kees and Sheelagh. Many things in common.
