WAGR 50 YERAS OF DIESELS


Mark as the Footplate Padre visited the WA Railway Museum and came across the 50 year celebration 1954-2004 of main line WAGR diesels. This is an X Class.

WAGR - X CLASS AND WA CARRIAGES


Mark as Footplate Padre visited the WA Railway Museum. The X Class diesels were the first main line WAGR locomotives and the livery matched the green and white trim of the carriages.

Mark as the Footplate Padre visited the WA Railway Museum. This P Class on display was in pristine condition.

Australian Missionary News IPTV - Mark interviewed Richard Pengelley - former Australian Water Polo captain and dual Olympian (1984, 88) who wrote: "10 Common Questions for Christian Athletes". Richard is now an Anglican Minister lecturing at University of Western Australia.

WA Country Town Tour - Albany's huge waterways are like Canada's Vancouver name after Capt. George Vancouver. This same Capt. Vancouver was the first Englishman who in 1791 sailed into what is now Albany.

WA Country Town Tour - The Old Fort Museum - WWII Albany had the US Submarine Base for 6 months. On the left one can see a corner of the US Reflection site for their annual submariners ceremony (like our Anzac Day).

WA Country Town Tour - The Old Forty Museum - Albany held the US Submarine Base WWII for almost six months. This plaque illustrates the submarine sunk by the Japanese.

LIGHT HORSE


WA Country Town Tour - The Old Fort Museum - 1 November 1914 the Light Horse left by ship for Egypt for WWI. Albany held Australia's the first Dawn Service, 1915.

NATURAL BRIDGE


WA Country Town Tour - the natural bridge is an Albany tourist highlight.

WA Country Town Tour - Albany's old railway station has been converted to the Visitor - Tourist Information Centre.

BUNBURY'S OLD RAILWAY STATION


WA Country Town Tour - Delma and Mark visited Bunbury and noted that the Old Railway Station is now the town's Visitors / Tourist Information Centre.

MORLING STUDENTS


We billetted one of the three Morling students who visited our local church for a week (Banora Point Baptist). They are seen here viewing Mark's art at the Horizons Gallery.

ENDLESS PRAISE


When the Gospel band 'Endless Praise' visited our local church (Banora Point Baptist) we billeted 3 of them and they all visited Mark's art exhibition at the Horizons Gallery.

MOTHERS DAY


Delma enjoyed a lovely Mothers Day - Anthea and Salley combined and bought mum a new desk lamp with a magnifying glass for hand crafted card making. Hayley sent flowers as did Wesley.
