E-BLAST - 27 AUGUST 2017

Sophia Sinclair giving her acceptance speech for the Australasian Religious Press Association (ARPA) 2017 Ramon Williams Youth Scholarship Award at the ARPA Awards Dinner on Saturday night at the Rydges in Auckland to much acclaim. Sophia had two focus points for the future, to be a woman of vision for ministry to the things of the Lord and to assist the development of New Zealand young writers. Sophia also acknowledged Dr Mark Tronson for encouraging and supporting her, her husband Andrew and two little boys. ARPA dinner delegates and guests gave resounding applause to both herself and Dr Mark T  -  a great team! Likewise Christian Today for the platform.

E-BLAST - 20 AUGUST 2017

Jo Fuller was one of the three key people who organised the young writers conference 12 Aug on the Sunshine Coast. The other two were Russell Modlin and Rebecca Moore. Russell and Rebecca with much care led the day.
Jo Fuller prepared the conference bags - they were fantastic! Each bag had a name tag to transfer to one's top (shirt, blouse), a pen, a notepad, some mints, a Sunshine Coast Tourism brilliantly colourful book of 42 pages and two books by team members - one by Rebecca Moore and the other written by Peter Brookshaw. Now to Christchurch 2018.

Timeout in the Tweed  -  roof repairs  -  we seek your financial love giftings with the repair of the roof 'please'. Ben Hannah came Sat with heavy duty water spray to clean the components and joins, then Wed adds additional roofing screws and a fairly new product, a bitumen for length of the roof joins and around the sky lights. Cyclone Debbie hit the Tweed heavily, rain came through roof joins - insurance is fixing the internal damage but claimed the roof was a maintenance issue.
