E-BLAST - 1 JANUARY 2017

Tim Price Gold Coast young writer with Mark yesterday - Tim has returned from Liberty University (Seminary) in Los Angeles and continuing his theological studies on-line before returning, hopefully in our Spring (start of US academic year). Tim already has a degree in communication and media, and linked his mate Aaron Sabio to the young writers and is asking several more to join the Australian young writer team. 2017 will be Tim's 3rd year as a young writer.
 

E-BLAST - BOXING DAY - 26 DECEMBER 2016

Delma - Christmas week visiting the oldies in the nursing home - including carols with Delma's Ukulele group, Christmas morning teas and set visits. Meanwhile we enjoyed Christmas 8.00am service (Living Temple - Tugun Baptist) and then Christmas lunch with Tony and Jerri de Kevitt (who we have a lunch with monthly at The Coffee Club, Coolangatta over looking ocean). Anglican folk, Tony is a retired RAAF pilot (flew the PM's VIP aircraft for many years) and Jerri is a retired Squadron Leader. Our 'mob' will be with us for New Year week (in-laws turn for Christmas this year).

'Spilt Ideas' illustrates what all of has have done, accidentally spilt the tea / coffee while at the key board, for the young writers it also represents many of their article ideas as they struggle with their articles. Common to us all.    

E-BLAST - 11 DECEMBER 2016

Tim and Genevieve Wilson and children Ethan, Mikaela and Caleb visited us in Tweed Heads on Friday. Tim and Genevieve are experienced young writers - Genevieve, a senior writer while Tim continues as a sport panellist. They are visiting family, return home to Canada in two weeks and 7 days later to seminary in LA, the Masters Seminary (associated with theologian John MacArthur).  

E-BLAST - 4 DECEMBER 2016

Pierre Gautier (France) has been in Australia for 9 months on a working visa and involved in the Gold Coast French Festival where we came into contact - Julia Baber is one of the leading lights (a former young writer), out from France for 2 weeks. Julia sent us Pierre (actually only stayed one night as a job came up in Broadbeach). In that one 24 hour period Pierre came with me to Aust Panellist Gavin Lawrie's home and sorted out his IT issues. Pierre saw life as associated with connectivity and re-incarnation, I was able to introduce Pierre to Jesus from a different direction.
