Dr Doug and Rosalie Rowston of Flinders St Baptist Church and lecturer at Adelaide's St Barnabas Theological College (Anglican). We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast with them last Saturday when we were in Adelaide with the young writers.
Meanwhile the young writer program has seen Week 1 the internationals marked by the international panellists, the first week of the Australian young writers which is Week 2 of the Cycle is now done. It's wonderful!

Adelaide young writers lunch yesterday 21 January - the fellows here are Tim Everton 2016 Basil Sellers Award winner, Justin Monaghan who spoke at 2016 young writer conference, Michael Dahlenburg 'new young writer' coordinator for the program with Christian Today and two new writers Conor Ryan and Mark Flippance.
It was a busy weekend with various separate meetings. We arrived home 11.55pm Sunday night.

Laguna Quays Respite DVD's available to the missionaries, plus there are some in the TV cabinet. They range from Pride and Prejudice, Charley Chaplin, Lewis series, Vicar of Dibly series ....  the missionaries often mention they enjoy DVDs. There are three mission visitors between now and when we return, 25 February.

Sam and Salley Gillespie - Sam is a young writer and a member of the young writer's brain's trust and has a scholarship in post grad classical composing (IT and jazz). Salley in accountancy (work) and helps with the Well-Being Australian mission accounts and for Mark doing an audit on the Laguna Quays Respite AVIS Card missionary recipients. Salley does Children's Church at Petersham Baptist. They visited us for New Year week.
