E-BLAST - SUN 29 NOV

Laguna Quays Respite  -  Sky Diving on Midge Point Beach has taken off.  The Sky Diving bus viz Airlie Beach to Garry Poole's airstrip then heads to the beach. The light aircraft takes two jumpers and the instructors to 14,000' and drop to 4500' opening the shute. The landing is precise. Remarkable.

The new gates at Laguna Quays Respite are completed. Des Maguire (opposite) did the work, fabulous. This week Mark has an article titled 'Three mission respites'. It details all three in our network - Laguna Quays Respite, Aldinga Beach Retreat, Greens Beach on Bass Straight in TAS. Terrific!

Laguna Quays Respite - first heavy rain since Feb, for two days it teemed and gave everything a good soaking. Delma said the concrete drive way and concrete pad beside the cottage back in 2012 fixed the mud issue from the drive way and side of the house. One can see the benefits after the event.

Greens Beach - Bass Straight - TAS 'missions respite' owned by Steve and Debbie Suba, our long time Well-Being Australia TAS Co-ordinator. This is the third such respite facility. The past 2 weeks WEC missionaries there. We arrived Laguna Quays Respite on Friday.
